A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. While it’s tempting to jump in and start drawing conclusions based on the body language signals you may have already learned, you’re taking a major risk if you do not apply these five criteria.
These simple rules will help you gain confidence in your reading, and prevent you from acting based on false conclusions, which could cause offence or even blow up an essential negotiation!
